📌 RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage content (text, images, video) that engages our
target audience.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users while cultivating leads and sales.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
2. Graphic Design:
- Design and produce engaging graphics for social media, marketing materials,
and proposals.
- Utilize tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite
applications to create visually appealing content.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for various platforms.
3. Communication & Admin Management:
- Respond to client communications via Slack and manage task assignments in Asana.
- Organize and manage projects in Asana, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Track work hours and project progress using Clockify.
- Collaborate with the team using Go HighLevel for client communications
and Bonsai for contract and proposal management.
- Compile and analyze social media performance reports, and prepare
summaries for the team or clients.
- Schedule, organize, and manage team meetings or client calls, including
sending calendar invites, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring that all design assets, social
media content, and project documents are easily accessible.
- Monitor and track expenses related to social media campaigns, software
subscriptions, and project costs.
- Draft and format documents, such as contracts, proposals, and client briefs,
using tools like Bonsai and Adobe.
- Enter data related to client projects, social media analytics, and budget
tracking into relevant platforms.
📌 NON-NEGOTIABLE:
- Proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- A self-starter who can work independently and with minimal supervision.
