📌 About the Role

We’re seeking a Data Entry Specialist to help populate presentation reports with accurate, visually consistent data from Google Sheets and Airtable. This role requires precision, consistency, and strong attention to detail. Ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work.

✅ Key Responsibilities

•Populate ~150-slide Google Slides reports using data from Google Sheets/Airtable

•Create and format charts in Google Sheets, then embed them into Slides

•Transfer data to correct slide locations per project guidelines

•Follow detailed video tutorials and SOPs to ensure process accuracy

•Perform QA checks on completed reports to ensure data and design consistency

•Communicate feedback on clarity and process improvements

•Handle related administrative or reporting tasks as needed

🔧 Tools You’ll Use

•Airtable

•Google Sheets

•Google Slides

•(Optional) SurveyMonkey - for data reference

🚦 What We’re Looking For

Non-Negotiables:

•Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides
