📌 EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

Client Success Manager responsibilities include fielding day-to-day questions about the billing and accounting software from your assigned customers, troubleshooting and solving problems related to bugs or end-user issues, and advising your customers of how to use the application to its fullest potential. Ticket tracking, documentation, and short-term project management are also responsibilities.

Applicants must have a background in accounting and/or software technical support. The ideal candidate must be patient, upbeat, and have a professional demeanor. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must. Remote work requires initiative, attention to detail, and excellent time-management skills. Previous remote work experience is a requirement. A CPA (active or inactive) is not required but would be a significant plus.
