Hi, I’m Tim — also known as The HIVegan™ — a Certified LGBTQ+ Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, ISSA Personal Trainer and 20-year HIV long-term survivor who believes transformation starts from the inside out.

For the past decade, I’ve been guiding members of the LGBTQ+ community and those living with HIV/AIDS toward vitality, strength, and self-love through personalized wellness coaching rooted in compassion, accountability, and serious results. Whether we’re lifting weights or lifting your spirit, I bring a whole-self approach that honors your story and celebrates your evolution.

But I’m not just about plants and protein — I’m also a cosmic guide, using astrology learned at Kepler College to help people understand their bodies, emotions, and purpose through the language of the stars. Your natal chart is a map, and I’m here to help you read it — whether you're navigating chronic illness, new goals, or simply craving a deeper connection to yourself.

My mission? To help queer folks and long-term survivors thrive — not just survive. Through my 6-month wellness programs, AstroVitals readings, and a whole lot of plant-based love, I offer a path to resilience, radiance, and longevity.
