About

Let’s spend a day exploring one of Chiang Mai’s most scenic and underrated areas: Doi Saket, a laid-back region east of the city that offers a mix of spiritual landmarks, lush landscapes, artisan coffee, and serene lake views.

We’ll travel together by private van (or you’re welcome to join the motorbike crew!) and make our first stop at Wat Phra That Doi Saket, a stunning hilltop temple with panoramic views over the countryside, including from its dramatic skywalk.

From there, we’ll head to a charming countryside café and farm-to-table restaurant where you can enjoy a relaxed lunch (food and drinks at your own cost) in a beautiful setting.

In the afternoon, we’ll wander through the idyllic Tweechol Botanical Garden, an oasis of themed gardens, lakes, and tree-lined paths. If you’re feeling active, you can rent a bicycle and explore the park on two wheels, or simply stroll and soak up the atmosphere.

To close the day, we’ll make our way to Mae Kuang Udom Thara Dam, where we’ll experience the sunset over the water before returning to the city.
