The 21 Day Chakra Kingdom Yoga Challenge is your simple, feel-good reset to start 2026 with more movement, flow, and calm. For 21 days straight, you’ll receive a fresh 10-minute Yoga Flow video every morning by 6AM, giving you a daily nudge to prioritize your body and your energy. You can press play any time that day—morning, lunch break, or wind-down at night—just do your best to stay consistent and keep your streak alive. The goal is to build a steady rhythm that supports stress relief, flexibility, and grounded momentum, so you step into the 2026 season feeling lighter, clearer, and more in your power.

21 Day Chakra Kingdom Yoga Flow Challenge — Instructions
- Step 1: Submit your intro video (required).
Record a quick 1-minute video sharing: - Why you decided to join the Yoga Flow Challenge
- Your intention for the next 21 days (what you want to feel, create, or shift)
- Step 2: Daily Yoga Flow drops at 6:00AM.
Every morning at 6:00AM, a new 10-minute Yoga Flow video will be posted to the Community Page. - Step 3: Do your flow on your own time.
You’re free to complete the daily video whenever it works best for you—morning, midday, or evening. Just aim to stay as consistent as you can and keep moving forward day by day. - Step 4: Fill out the daily Energy Level questions.
Don’t skip this part—each day, complete the Energy Level questions so we can track how you felt before and after your flow. - Final day + challenge end time.
The final video will be sent on January 21st, and the challenge officially ends at 11:45PM that evening.
