I've gotten at least 30+ DMs today from people saying they can't access the Credit Card Challenge in their Nas.io app.

As long as you've logged into the Nas.io app - with the same email you used to register for the Challenge - it will work. You would have successfully received an email from Nas.io at the point of registering, which included a link button to download the app. If you didn't receive that, then it means your registration did NOT go through successfully.

After spending hours troubleshooting with so many of you guys today, I've discovered ...

❌ The most common mistakes:

• The person joined the community but didn't complete registration for the Challenge
• The person used a non-Gmail account to sign up. (Yahoo, Hotmail and Singnet keep encountering errors on Nas.io)
• The person is using an iPhone, where you signed in with your Apple email instead, OR
• Your email is Apple's privacy email to hide your actual email address (e.g. @privaterelay.appleid.com)

Many of you are asking whether there's a Nas.io admin or tech support team you can contact to fix this. As this Challenge was provided free, there are no take fees for the Nas.io team and hence there is no Nas.io technical WhatsApp support team for this (unlike the Dividend Investor Challenge).

The only "technical support" hotline is therefore = me = Dawn.

I'm getting a lot of DMs and emails from you guys all over the place, and it's honestly hard for me to track and ensure everything has been responded to, so to avoid missing out on the Challenge lessons before it ends,

🔥 Please do this ASAP to fix your access errors! 🔥

1. Login to your Nas.io app and head over to the Community Feed, where you'll find this post.
   
2. Leave a comment there with your email address, so that I can manually add those of you who believe you had registered but yet can't access the video lessons and texts.

If you cannot see the Feed, then it means you've yet to join the community. In that case, please re-register and make sure you're logged in to the correct email address.

If you DM-ed me on Instagram and I didn't respond, please note that this isn't me being "dao" or ignoring you - there's a known bug in Instagram DMs for the longest time already whereby not all messages are being delivered and shown to content creators, especially if you've never chatted with me before.

I'm sorry to hear that your registrations didn't go as smoothly as it should have, and will feedback to the Nas.io team to see how we can run the next Challenge better. But in the meantime, let's work on this fix to avoid you guys missing out on this amazing Credit Cards tutorial workshop that I've painstakingly put together for you.
