Have you always dreamed of becoming a runner? Whether you're starting from scratch or ready to level up your fitness game, the Run For It 5K & 10K Challenge is designed to take you from zero to race-ready.


This challenge is for everyone—whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to finally cross that 5K or 10K finish line.




What’s Included?


🔹 6-Week Couch to 5K Plan

  • Start from scratch and work up to running your very first 5K (3.1 miles).
  • Progress at your own pace with alternating walking and running intervals.
  • Enjoy a supportive community of fellow challengers for motivation and tips.

🔹 10-Week Couch to 10K Plan

  • After completing your 5K, you'll have the opportunity to continue your journey to run a full 10K (6.2 miles)!
  • Gradually increase your distance with structured runs, rest days, and cross-training options.
  • Receive weekly check-ins and progress tracking to keep you on track.

🔹 Connect & Celebrate your progress in our Exclusive Chat

  • Access a private WhatsApp chat where you can connect, share your progress, and cheer on others.

🔹 Motivation & Accountability

  • Celebrate each milestone with your new running community.

  4. Celebrate Your Success: Cross the finish line of your first 5K or 10K, knowing you’ve achieved something incredible!
