Hi there! I’m a mom of two amazing girls, and I’ve spent the past 9 years as a BODi Coach helping others reach their health goals. I'm now expanding my reach to working with any woman who is wanting to unlock her confidence and create sustainable routines. I believe that fitness is not just about the numbers; it’s about building confidence, strength, and a supportive community. Over the years I've seen dozens of physical transformations but I've also seen internal transformations as well. It is incredible what can happen in our lives when we begin to truly take care of ourselves, inside and out.
