• 11:00am meet outside Hackney Wick Overground Station for a coffee ☕😄
• We’ll head over together
• 12:00–1:30pm sauna session (90 mins) ⏰
• After, we’ll grab a bite and hang out 🍴
• Expect to be wrapped up by 4:00pm latest 🫶
