On Sunday 7th December at 4:00pm, BGO is teaming up with Barry’s for an exclusive, FREE class hosted by our very own Matty! 😈💪

Expect pumping music, sweaty vibes, red lights, and that iconic Barry’s burn.

We have just 25 spaces — so if you’re ready to train, tone, and scream “LET’S GO!”, then secure your spot FAST. 🚨💥

👉 Every attendee MUST download the Barry’s UK app & create a free account for safety & legal reasons.

❓ FAQs – BGO x Barry’s

1) How much does it cost?

It’s totally FREE 💸🔥 — we’re being spoiled. (Classes usually cost £26 pp).

2) Why do I need the Barry’s UK app?

Every attendee must be registered for legal & health & safety reasons — even for free classes.

3) Do I need to book the class myself on the app?

No — just download & sign up. BGO will handle the booking once we confirm who’s coming.

4) What if I already have a Barry’s account?

Perfect! Just ensure you’re logged in with the UK app and ready to go.

5) Do I need to be super fit or experienced?

Absolutely not. All levels are welcome — this is about energy, not ego. 💪😉

6) What should I bring?

Comfy workout clothes, running trainers, water bottle, and attitude. 💅💦

7) Where will the class take place?

We will be visiting the SW1 studio, in Belgravia (Victoria for nearest tube station)

8) Can I decide later?

No — spaces are VERY limited (25 only). You must confirm by Sunday 30th Nov (3pm).

9) Can I bring a non-BGO friend?

Not for this one — the 25 spots are just for BGO members. ❤️

10) What happens if I confirm but don’t show?

You’ll be marked as a no-show and may lose priority for future special collab events — so only say YES if you actually will come. 💥🙏
