About Me: Hi! I’m Rae. Despite being 153cm (5 ft), I've been told that I command the stage with audiences of over a thousand people with distinct presence. I’ve been a professional emcee for over a decade, hosting for global organisations including the United Nations. I started my business straight out of university and got my first two clients even before I had any product at all. I worked with over 10 clients in my first two months of launching my coaching program. I spoke for big brands and fulfilled my dream of creating and hosting my very own live in-person talkshow. I know how to rally a crowd, communicate my message, and tell a captivating story. Most importantly, I do it all in a way that is joyful and sustainable. It wasn’t always this way. I used to get so obsessed with getting the likes and comments, and tried to follow conventional content creation advice to 'hook' and sell people, forcing myself to batch content like I'm a machine... Only to realise that I absolutely detest generic soul-less content creation advice and "sell/grow-at-all-cost" advice. Speaking, storytelling, writing and content creation are all expressions of our soul. As we heal and grow, we become expansive vessels for inspiration to flow through us and into our work and words. Today, I guide rising leaders to refine their self and social identity through developing a conscious relationship with their voice, then becoming intentional with their energy (thoughts, emotions, state of being) and skilful with their communication (public speaking, networking, marketing, content creation).
