COMPENSATION: Starting at $5 USD / hr

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proficiency in screening and identifying qualified virtual assistant candidates according to client standards.

2.Skilled in conducting interviews and background checks for applicants.

3. Familiarity with monday.com for candidate tracking.

4. Experience in preparing necessary recruitment documentation.

5. Ability to develop effective onboarding systems for virtual assistants.

2. ClickUp

3. Canva or Figma

4. Google Workspace

SCHEDULE: Part-time, starting at 10 hours per week.
