Understanding your dominant dosha can help you tailor your lifestyle and diet for optimal health.


Diet and Nutrition: Ayurveda places great importance on the food we eat. A balanced diet, rich in fresh, natural ingredients, is essential for maintaining health. We'll explore Ayurvedic dietary guidelines and recipes to help you nourish your body.


Daily Routines: Establishing a daily routine, or Dinacharya, is vital in Ayurveda. Simple practices like waking up early, performing self-massage (Abhyanga), and practicing mindfulness can bring significant benefits to your overall well-being.


Herbal Remedies: Ayurveda utilizes a vast array of herbs and natural remedies to prevent and treat ailments. We will delve into various Ayurvedic herbs and their uses to support your health naturally.
