ABOUT SHAKTI - SACRED EMBODIMENT GUIDE

For over 20 years, I’ve walked beside people who look successful on the outside yet feel deeply disconnected on the inside.
My work exists for those who have lost their aliveness, their emotions, their pleasure, their presence, and are ready to come home to themselves again.

I’m Shakti, a Sacred Embodiment Guide, tantric healer, and trauma-informed somatic therapist.
My approach weaves breat-hwork, body-based emotional release, tantric wisdom, sacred sexuality, and nervous system-safe practices to awaken the parts of you that have gone quiet.

But before I ever guided others, I lived the disconnection myself.
I spent years in my head, performing strength, pushing through life, and feeling numb inside my own body. That lived experience - combined with decades of study - shaped the way I now hold space:

✨ with slowness, not performance
✨ with sacred honesty, not force
✨ with unwavering compassion for the parts you’ve had to shut down to survive

I believe your body is a sacred temple — not something to fix, manage, or force into submission, but a living source of wisdom, power, pleasure, and truth.
My role is not to rescue you, but to guide you back into embodied sovereignty so you can trust yourself again.

For the past decade, I ran a tantric healing clinic and led transformational workshops on embodiment, sexuality, meditation, and emotional release. Today, I bring this work online so more people can reconnect to the aliveness they’ve been missing.

Whether you’re emotionally numb, disconnected from desire, overwhelmed by life, or longing for intimacy — my work is an invitation to stop performing your life… and start feeling it.
