- Thematic Relevance

General Terms & Conditions

1. All submissions must be original. Plagiarized or AI-generated work without human input will be disqualified.
2. Only one entry per participant is allowed.
3. Top 20 entries will be reviewed by a final jury curated by the organizing committee.
4. Submit photos in digital format via Google Drive / WeTransfer as per guidelines.
5. By participating, you grant Amaze Ad Fest the right to use your work for promotional purposes (with credit).
6. Registration fee is non-refundable after confirmation.
7. Offensive or defamatory content will lead to disqualification.
8. Final authority on jury selection rests with Arena HQ.
9. Challenge-specific submission formats & deadlines will be shared 10 days before the festival.
