I’m a holistic therapist and Kore Therapy practitioner, and this work comes from lived experience as much as professional training.



For many years I worked shifts while raising a family, constantly juggling responsibilities and running on adrenaline. Stress became normal, my body held tension and pain, and feeling calm felt out of reach. I was exhausted and burnt out, both physically and mentally. Discovering Kore Therapy was a turning point for me. It was the first thing that truly helped my body settle, realign, and feel safe again.



That experience changed everything and led me to retrain and step into holistic therapy, so I could support others who feel the same way I once did.



I now offer hands-on Kore Therapy sessions from my home in Leicestershire. My work is gentle, personalised, and focused on helping the body rebalance naturally. Each session involves muscle testing and assessment to understand what your body needs, followed by corrective techniques to support alignment and calm the nervous system. Where appropriate, I also incorporate acupuncture and cupping, using principles from Chinese medicine to release tension and restore flow.



I work with people who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from their bodies, often after years of putting everyone else first. My sessions are calm, unrushed, and tailored to you, creating space for your body to let go and reset.



This isn’t just my profession — it’s the path that helped me find my way back to balance and peace, and it’s why I’m so passionate about the work I do.
