specializing in Digital & Emerging Technology. Her deep understanding of the
EMEIA market and proven track record in multi-industry IT Digital transformation
projects make her a trusted advisor to C-level clients.
Selma has led complex digital transformation and innovation programs for top
global and MENA region accounts. She leverages cutting-edge technologies; AI,
Data Analytics, and Intelligent Automation to create customized solutions that meet
client’s strategic goals and business needs. Her approach emphasizes design
thinking, process optimization, and automation, laying a solid foundation for digital
maturity with a strong focus on the people’s aspect.
Selma's expertise extends beyond technology. She has a strong background in
cloud, business management and has implemented Centers of Excellence, Digital
Factories, and shared service centers across diverse sectors such as Energy,
Government, Consumer Products, Finance, and Telecom.
Prior to EY, Selma held leadership and regional business positions at IBM,
leading global projects and digital transformation programs. This experience
honed her international perspective and ability to manage complex projects.
A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Selma actively promotes the
advancement of women and youth in technology. She has spoken at global and
regional events on AI, Intelligent Automation, and empowering women through STEM
fields. She has volunteered her time coaching and mentoring both internally and
externally, and has championed cultural diversity throughout her career.
Selma's commitment to empowering women extends to her leadership of the
Women in Technology Chapter for EY MENA for over 4 years. A believer in the
power of education, she co-created an award-winning Women in Emerging
Technology Program with Henley Business School. Building on this success, she has
partnered with Hult University and Microsoft to deliver the program to top female
leaders in the MENA region and now created a community that drives such initiatives;

Selma holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering and possesses a
strong business foundation with a Certificate in Business Management and a
Diploma in Business Management and Service Innovation. Her multilingual
fluency (English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Arabic) allows her to connect with
clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
