A new study has revealed that of those surveyed, at least 13% of organizations reported breaches tied to their artificial intelligence (AI) models, thus sounding the alarm on the rising risks in AI governance.
The report, Cost of a Data Breach Report conducted by the Ponemon Institute and sponsored by IBM, also revealed that a staggering 97% of those lacked proper AI access controls.

📉 Operational Fallout: Most affected organizations reported recovery timelines exceeding 100 days. Many also resorted to price hikes post-breach, with nearly one-third increasing costs by 15% or more.
