This programme presents to you the topic of A Developmental Journey. Dr John Tan, once an at-risk youth now a veteran youth work practitioner, shares his work, experiences, and insights with you.

Dr John Tan was the Founding President of the Youth Work Association (Singapore), and also the Executive Director of CARE Singapore, a Youth Organization serving youths in school setting.

Dr Tan will walk you through the following topics:

He runs a youth organisation that engages at-risk youths in mainstream school, and trains his staff, teachers and even parents on how to effectively take that developmental journey with you.
