How can we help our children and ourselves? How do we spot mental stress in our kids?
What can we do if we suspect that our child might be having difficulties coping?
Psychologist and father of 3, Nicholas Gabriel Lim, speaks on all these matters, as he draws from the experience he’s had with his patients and his own children.
Apart from teaching at Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), Nicholas is also most passionate about causes involving family and young people. Having had almost two decades of experience working with youths, he volunteers his time on advisory councils like the Media Literacy Council, sits on boards of non-profit organisations like the Singapore Psychological Society, and even volunteers as a Youth Mentor with Advisory SG, Youth Corps.

At Family Enrichment Society, we help build loving and lasting families through the work that we do.
The Family Enrichment Society (FES) was founded in 1998 by a group of concerned parents who share the common goal of enhancing the state of society by educating the society’s core unit which is the family. FES is a non-profit, private initiative that has been officially registered with the Registry of Societies on 3 April 1998
