The session is 3 hours long and instead of posting the full 3-hour recording, we thought it is better to edit out some questions asked by parents during our Q&A that will be helpful and useful. There are many strategies that parents use to set boundaries. It is not about WHAT strategies, but the key is HOW. Nicholas explains the development of a youth brain and it is necessary that parents and adults speak to them using the Limbic Approach to bridge to the Pre-frontal. Parents asked for more explanation in the application of the Limbic Approach. Nicholas role-played conversations that might be familar to some to help illustrate the approach to help application. COMEBACK was started on 21 September 2019 as an intervention service for game dependency when the need for professional support was rising. COMEBACK is a word that depicts a turnaround despite all odds. It embodies hope, perseverance, never-give-up spirit and most importantly, VICTORY.
