And then, out of nowhere, comes a day where everything feels like lead. You’ve got no energy, the scale is creeping up, you're bloated, and you're left wondering—what is wrong with me?
Good news: It’s definitely not "just in your head."
Our hormonal cycle is a massive player in the game. It affects our strength, our recovery, and even our confidence when we stand over the barbell.
We’re hosting Dr. Miki Lavi—an OBGYN who is also a CrossFitter "one of us."
He gets what it means to love this sport and not want to give it up, no matter what stage of life you’re in.
