You love your children.
And still — something inside you feels quieter than it used to.
A creative part.
A deeply personal presence that has been waiting for space and attention.
Somewhere between the constant giving, the invisible emotional labor, the scheduling, holding, soothing, and carrying — your inner world moved to the background.
And yet, when was the last time you truly felt like yourself?
Not as a care taker.
Not as the responsible one.
Not as the strong one.
But as a woman with depth, complexity, desire, truth.
If you long for a moment that belongs entirely to you, this space is for you.
In Selfhood in the Frame, self-portrait photography becomes a pathway back into selfhood.
Together, we create an image that reflects your inner landscape and allows you to encounter yourself through seeing.
Through guided reflection and clear artistic frameworks, you will:
• Give visual form to what lives inside you
• Translate emotion into image
• Create a self-portrait that feels honest, present, and deeply yours
This experience meets you exactly where you are.
Your phone camera is enough.
Your presence is enough.
All that is needed is a willingness to step back into your own frame.
Inside this live, intimate workshop, you’ll receive:
• A 90 minute guided journey from inner awareness to visual expression
• A simple reflective process that brings presence and self-connection
• Three self-portrait frameworks you can continue using long after the session
• a call for creative action that invite courageous honesty
• An optional witnessing space for sharing and being seen
• Limited-time replay access
All you need is your phone camera and a quiet corner.
If you are at home with a baby - he or she can be with you.
You will leave with more than a photograph.
You will leave with renewed self-intimacy, creative vitality, and the recognition of yourself — present, visible, and alive within your own life.
About the Facilitator
I’m Lior Mann — a photographer, multidisciplinary artist, and founder of Women Photographing.
For nearly two decades, I have been guiding women through creative processes that are artistically express their inner world through photography.
My work lives in the space where art meets selfhood. Through the camera, I invite women to look honestly, and to create from emotional truth rather than conditioned beauty perception.
Over the years, I have accompanied hundreds of women in discovering and shaping their artistic voice. I create a space that feels both gentle and brave — a space where individuality is welcomed, emotion has a place, and creativity becomes a way of returning to oneself.
Photography is not only an artistic practice.
It is a way back into presence, intimacy, and self-recognition.
