A Quick Workout Anywhere

Challenge your friends to check their endurance and fitness

Objective: To improve cardiovascular fitness and endurance through daily, short-duration in-place running.

Rules:

  1. Duration: Perform 3 minutes of continuous in-place running each day for 30 days.
  2. Intensity: Run at a comfortable pace, aiming for a moderate heart rate.
  3. Consistency: Maintain a regular schedule to maximize benefits.
  4. Safety: Ensure a safe environment and wear appropriate footwear.
  5. Time: you have to write the time when you finish the exercise in every answer.


Tips:

  • Warm-up: Start with light stretching before running.
  • Cool-down: Gradually reduce the intensity and stretch after the challenge.
  • Listen to Your Body: If you experience pain, adjust the intensity or take a break.
  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.


Point mechanism

Maximum points to earn is 1000 per checkpoints.

Minimum points to earn for completing a checkpoint on time is 500.

Late completions earn 250 points.
