Ever wondered what Madonna's workout looks like? Now's your chance to find out.

We're bringing you an exclusive, first-of-its-kind session with the Tracy Anderson Method, hosted by instructor Javi at The Emory, Hyde Park Corner. This is the only studio outside the US offering this globally famous method, and it's usually reserved for members of the private Surrenne club.

What to expect A 50-minute heated dance fitness class in a stunning studio with a sprung wooden floor and wall-to-wall mirrors. The room sits at 33-35°C with around 60% humidity (think hot yoga, but with choreography). Javi leads a non-verbal class, meaning there are no spoken cues. You follow his movements to loud, energising music. The routine starts with a standing warm-up using light hand weights, then moves to the mat with ankle weights for around 20 movements, 15 reps each. It's fun, it's sweaty, and it's like nothing you've done before.

No dance experience needed. Just bring the energy.

What to bring

• Water (you will need it)
• A small towel
• Earplugs if you're sensitive to loud music
• Comfortable workout clothes (long leggings recommended to avoid slipping on the mat)
  

Showers and towels are available at the venue.

After the class We'll head over to Hyde Park for an optional casual social. Fresh air, good vibes, and a chance to debrief on whatever just happened to your body.
