How healthy is your video game project? Do you think it will succeed?
Hi! I am Lukacs, founder of The Leading Game.
I have worked on AAA game development for the better part of two decades now, and I would like share what I have learnt.
The most important aspects of leading a game team are Leadership, Game Direction and Process, that what I call The Leading Game Formula.
In this challenge you get the chance to evaluate your project's current situation regarding the alignment between leadership, game direction and processes.
By joining this challenge, you will:
- Evaluate leadership, direction and processes in your project
- Understand which one is the weakest right now
- Commit to one action item to improve the weakest domain
- Reflect on the results and obstacles

Be honest, this is for you to see a realistic picture of the situation.
The evaluation only takes 5 minutes.
Once finished, you will be challenged to commit to an action item to improve one aspect of the project.
7 days after starting, you can reflect on the results and obstacles.
If many of you from the same project are joining the challenge, I encourage you to do it separately, and only compare your notes after. The results could reveal interesting differences about the point of view of each member.
In order to successfully do the proposed action items, you probably would need to team up with other members of the project leadership team.
