Requirements : • Meet a minimum English language level (unless from an exempt country). • Have a relevant degree and at least 2 years relevant work experience in their nominated occupation or a related field. In some circumstances, 5 years of relevant work experience can replace tertiary study completed. • Meet health and character requirements. • Be nominated to work in a specified occupation under the terms of the Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations (ANZSCO) List. • Be employed full-time in Australia. • Paid a salary that is equivalent to what an Australian would receive for the same work according to the Annual Market Salary Rate (AMSR). The base annual salary must not be less than 20% above the rate of Temporary Skilled Migration Income Threshold (TSMIT) of AUD $73,150, ie. $87,780. • The employment contract must be structured encompassing all employment conditions as per Fair Work Legislation, including statutory superannuation and leave entitlements.
