About this Session

Book a 30-minute session with Annika, where we can focus on personalised ways you can improve your health. For example, we can touch on:

  2. Managing any conditions
  3. How to make changes
  4. Check-ins to help with accountability

When you register, you'll be asked to fill out a few details about yourself and you'll then receive a confirmation email.

About the Host

Annika studied BSc Human Sciences at University College London in the UK, grounding her in the latest science behind the body, mind, and health. She is especially passionate about the holistic factors that link to our health, and the simple lifestyle changes we can make in the everyday. She also studied health psychology, which can be helpful if you want to form habits or change your health-related behaviour.
