If you're struggling to improve your weekly intake of plants, this planner is a simple framework for planning your meals around them. Instead of struggling to fit lots of plants you don't like into your diet, you focus on building meals around those you currently crave. At the start of your week, you simply select the plants you're craving, and then fill in meals based around them in the meal calendar found at the bottom of the sheet.

Print it out for the best results, as it's easier to write and circle on the sheet with a pen. If not, you can annotate the document on the computer as it is a PDF.

Make sure to select and download the right planner for you- we've made one with common European plants, and another for common Filipino plants.
