About the Facilitator

This workshop is led by the founder of Reconnective Healing SG, an award-recognised emotional wellness practice operating across Asia.

Since 2018, her work has been honoured with the Asia’s Best Brand Award, placing her alongside established organisations such as Citibank and Unilever.

She has led experiential sessions at Singapore’s largest women’s networks, including Women Changemakers, sharing platforms with leaders from Google, Intuit, Cisco, and Cloudflare.

Her work in emotional health has received multiple regional recognitions, including:

2) Is this a talk therapy or coaching session?

This is not for you if you are seeking traditional talk therapy or coaching; this is a workshop to share what is available that is a deeper, feminine-specific process designed for women ready to release what’s been weighing them down for good.

3) Do I have to speak or share in front of the group?

Sharing is optional. The workshop includes self-reflection and guided exercises, but you are never needed to speak or disclose any personal information. You are welcome to participate at your own pace and comfort.

4) Is this a mindset or motivation workshop?
No. This goes beyond positive thinking or pushing through. We explore nervous system patterns and unconscious drivers behind stress, anger, sadness, self-doubt, and how to shift them so calm and confidence become stable, not situational, that is effective for women.
