My name is Ruth Nabiddo, and I am a single mother raising my daughter on my own. Her father abandoned me while I was still pregnant and never looked back. That experience changed my life in ways I never expected—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Like many single mothers, I learned how to survive quietly. I learned how to show up strong while carrying grief, anger, exhaustion, and unanswered questions inside. I also learned how isolating it can feel when the world expects you to “just move on” without ever giving you space to speak your truth.
I created Exhale: A Safe Space for Single Mothers because I know what it feels like to carry too much alone. This is not a space for fixing, advice, or judgment. It is a space for honesty, release, and being heard—whether you speak or simply listen.
I am not here as an expert above you. I am here as a woman walking this journey too, holding space with compassion and understanding.
