Hi! I’m Caroline, founder of Rosebudd Design. I have spent over 30 years working in the fashion industry, helping startups and established brands bring their vision to life. From designing fashion collections to sourcing fabrics and guiding brands through the manufacturing process, I’ve worked across all areas. I’ve worked with hundreds of startups, helping them navigate the complexities of the fashion industry and I’ve also run my own manufacturing unit, so I truly understand the ups and downs of building a brand from the ground up. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a variety of brands, from luxury labels to high street names, always focusing on sustainable practices and ethical sourcing. I understand the challenges of launching and scaling a fashion brand and I’m passionate about helping others overcome those hurdles to create their vision. I believe in a collaborative approach whether you’re struggling with your design direction, finding the right manufacturer, or needing advice on fabric sourcing, I’m here to provide tailored guidance to address your unique challenges. My consultations are designed to be focused, actionable and supportive, ensuring that you leave the session with clear steps to move forward. When I’m not working with clients, I’m juggling work with raising two headstrong daughters, a husband, and a dog. I’m also building my own brand, which is moving at a pace that feels just right slow and steady!!!!
