Hi, I'm Ivana. I know what it's like to have a mind that won't quit. As a former law student, I pushed myself to the brink, resulting in chronic insomnia, anxiety, and a body that was screaming for help. I looked successful on the outside, but inside I was falling apart. It wasn't until I discovered the power of plants, targeted mindfulness, and holistic healing that I was able to quiet my mind and heal my body from the inside out.
