What to expect.

This RE.CENTRE Hot Pilates session is a mat-based, full-body workout focused on strength, stability and control. Expect a dynamic flow that builds deep core strength, improves posture and alignment, and supports mobility. Challenging but accessible, the class is suitable for all levels.

More than just a workout.

We’re partnering with Rumble and fresh food company Calo* to create a complete experience. Your session includes a post-workout recovery meal and time to socialise on-site with fellow TRYBZ members.
