What Is 7th Path Self-Hypnosis®?

7th Path Self-Hypnosis® is a structured, mind-body-spirit approach to self-hypnosis taught while you are actually in a hypnotic state.

This matters, because it allows you to bypass the critical, analytical mind and access deeper levels of awareness where emotional regulation and behavioral change naturally occur.

Unlike meditation alone, this approach actively works with:

  • The ongoing stream of conscious thoughts
  • Emotional resonance and stored stress
  • Subconscious patterns that shape reactions, habits, and self-talk

Over time, you learn how to:

  • Enter self-hypnosis independently
  • Release accumulated emotional charge
  • Create effective, personalized suggestions
  • Respond to life with more calm, intention, and self-trust

This is not about losing control.
It’s about gaining access.


This 4-Week Course Experience

This course is intentionally small, in-person, and experiential, so you receive individual guidance while building confidence and mastery week by week.

You won’t just learn about hypnosis.
You’ll practice it, repeatedly, in a supported environment.

Course Structure

Week 1 – Foundations (2 hours)

  • How the mind actually works under stress
  • What hypnosis is and what it is not
  • Introduction to the 7th Path Self-Hypnosis® process
  • Your first guided self-hypnosis experience

Weeks 2–4 – Integration & Mastery (1.5 hours each)

  • Deeper practice entering self-hypnosis
  • Learning how to structure effective self-suggestions
  • Releasing emotional residue as it arises
  • Ongoing guidance, refinement, and integration

Each week builds on the last, so by the end of the course you’re no longer “trying” to relax.
You know how to access that state on your own.

If you’re someone who appears capable on the outside but feels exhausted inside, this course was built for you.

No prior experience with hypnosis or meditation is required.

Please note:
This course is not recommended for individuals with serious mental illness, including but not limited to Major Depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, or Borderline Personality Disorder.
