A dedicated closing session to help you act on what you’ve built. 1.1. with your Host. We’ll review your progress, refine what’s already in place and define the steps to keep your business running after the program ends.

Phase 1 — Alignment Define your personal direction before building anything. We identify your core values, energy patterns and boundaries so you can see what kind of work supports your life instead of draining it. Outcome: a clear vision of your lifestyle and why it matters to the way you earn. Phase 2 — Design Translate your direction into real options. We map your skills, explore possible income streams and use structured tools for practical goal setting. Outcome: a shortlist of income ideas that are realistic and adapted to your strengths.
Phase 3 & 4: Execution & Expansion

Silvia is an industrial engineer with over 10+ of experience in operations and lean consultancy, helping organizations simplify processes and build systems that work aligning people needs with processes and tools. After a health wake-up call, she decided to apply the same principles of efficiency and balance to her own life, shifting from corporate structures to a more human and sustainable approach to work. Through NUMA, she now guides professionals in transition using the same lean foundations that shaped her career. Her programs combine structured methods, decision systems, and digital tools to help participants turn ideas into functional businesses built around their real and most desired lives.
