Welcome to SafeNest! SafeNest is a community that works together to bring connection to the chaos that has overtaken our homes.  The modern world has overwhelmed everyone, especially parents and children. The result is that our nervous systems are showing the strain through tension and chaos in the home.  Our parents face challenges that they either have not been given the best tools to handle or don't know better tools exist.  This is where SafeNest's Chaos to Connection Program comes in to help.  Adults and children lack a sense of felt safety due to genetic, lifestyle/environmental, previous experiences and societal factors.  We guide you individually through a music program that has cues of safety embedded with in it.  In addition, we teach some movement exercises and other strategies that can help in a challenging moment.  The result is that families learn how to calm one another instead of trigger each other.  The nervous system registers that the environment is safe and the person is better able to function well.  Neurodivergent individuals do particularly well with this program because our nervous system becomes easily stuck in a stress state.  This puts us in survival mode where our logical brain takes a back seat and our survival brain is ready to run or fight back.  Individuals who have had a challenging childhood, emotionally challenging periods of life and/or significant medical issues/disability also benefit from the Chaos to Connection Program.  There is an upfront on boarding fee which includes assessments,  a 1 on 1 meeting to guide you and access to the music portion of the program.
