My name is Anapaula, you can call me AP. Through life I have always managed
to overcome fear or setbacks, being resilient and never giving up…I didn't even
know it was a skill …I just had it in me …always pushing and always cheering
people up.
I realized this was a virtue 16 years ago when I had a daughter and
unfortunately, she died. She lived 3 months. It was the lowest any human could
ever be. I remember I was looking for help …I grasped onto anything that could
help me sooth the horrible pain I had. I remember I could not find a book about
dealing with grief and in particular dealing with losing a child. It was a taboo
subject! I then promised my daughter and to honor her memory I would write a
book to help women and families deal with this - if it ever happened to anyone.
It took me 15 years to have the strength, time and structure to write the book. I
finally published it at the beginning of this year. “Life with AnaSofia” you can
find on Amazon and other platforms…it has helped a lot of families since. I am
grateful for this…I am honoring my daughter’s legacy.
Immediately after publishing it the feedback from readers was that they admired
my resiliency and how strong emotionally I was to be able to overcome such a
sad event. Obviously, it took me years of healing, praying, changing, evolving,
having the correct mindset. And BOOM I had the idea of creating “The
Resiliency Society “where I can help women identify, build, and strengthen
their own resilience to overcome problems.
I am ready to help women in what I am more passionate about. Sell my program
to women and contribute to a better world.
