Breathwork Journey w/ Levi Saada

Step into an evening of grounding, release, and renewal. This 2.5-hour journey is designed as a full arc, blending somatic movement, interpersonal exercises, guided imagery, and deep breathwork to help you reconnect with body, heart, and spirit.

This is a psychedelic-style breathwork journey that uses only the power of the breath to access expanded states of awareness. No substances are used....just deep, conscious breathing, music, and guidance to open the body and mind.

Rooted in somatic awareness, IFS, NVC, and emotional integration, the session is guided by Levi Saada (Hineni Jerusalem).

7:20 – 7:30 PM: Arrival and settling in

7:30 – 7:45 PM: Opening Song, Meditation + Intro

7:45 – 8:15 PM: Somatic movement and interpersonal exercises to awaken the body and deepen connection

8:15 – 8:30 PM: Journaling and intention setting to identify what you are ready to release or call in this new month

8:30 – 9:30 PM: Guided Breathwork Journey — a psychedelic-style experience using music and breath to access expanded states of awareness, led with feminine presence and physical support

9:30 – 9:50 PM: Landing and integration with gentle return, tea, fruit, and reflection

9:50 – 10:00 PM: Closing circle with song, gratitude and soft completion
