Between my travels, busy schedules, and just life in general, it’s so easy to fall off track. I’ve been there too. But I knew there had to be a better way to stay strong, flexible, and still make progress — no matter how crazy life gets.


That’s exactly why I created Strong Foundation.

It's effective with clear steps that will build you up for inversions, all while fitting easily into your schedule.

I wanted a program that would help me maintain the strength and flexibility required for inversions — without needing to spend hours every day on the mat.

Jyan is a certified yoga, acroyoga, and mat Pilates instructor based in Singapore with a passion for traveling and exploring the world. As a former competitive athlete and ballroom dancer, she has always loved challenging herself by exploring and pushing her limits — both physically and mentally. Through her classes, she hopes to guide you in strengthening your body, stretching to your limits (literally), and growing in ways you never imagined.

💬 What is the structure of the daily videos?

Expect a mix of yoga-inspired HIIT and mobility drills. You’ll flow through these:

Every video is follow-along style — no guesswork, just press play and move with me.


💬 Will there be inversions or advanced yoga poses?

Nope! This challenge is all about mastering the foundations. But you may expect basic arm balances like crow or forearm crow as options. Expect strong, intentional movement that builds control, coordination, and strength — the building blocks that will eventually translate into inversions later on, if and when you’re ready. Think of it as training your body to feel confident from the ground up.


💬 I’m more advanced — will this still be helpful for me?

Absolutely. While this challenge is beginner-friendly, it’s also designed for anyone who wants to reconnect with their body, rebuild strength with intention, and upgrade their mindset. Advanced practitioners will benefit from refining form, slowing down, and layering in new awareness.


💬 How many days a week is the challenge?

You’ll move with me 5 days a week, and take 2 intentional rest days (with optional mobility flows). This rhythm gives your body space to integrate, so you stay consistent and energized instead of overwhelmed.


💬 What do I need to prepare for the challenge?

All you need is a yoga mat, some wall space and socks on certain days. This is a bodyweight program you can do anywhere — at home or while traveling.


💬 What results can I expect?

Beyond physical strength, you’ll build discipline, energy, and confidence in your body. Expect to feel more toned, in control, and proud of what you’re capable of — especially on the days you didn’t feel like showing up but did anyway. 💫
