MENTORSHIP CIRCLES – CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

This Agreement applies to all Members participating in IWN Mentorship Circles and is effective from the date of joining. Purpose IWN Mentorship Circles are designed as safe, judgement-free spaces where Members can openly share personal, professional, business, and financial experiences. This Agreement exists to protect trust, privacy, and psychological safety within the circle. 1. Confidential Information “Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to: Personal stories, challenges, opinions, and lived experiences Business ideas, strategies, revenues, pricing, clients, or growth plans Personal or business financial information Any information shared verbally, in writing, presentations, chats, or meetings What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. 2. Confidentiality Commitment Members agree to: Not disclose, forward, screenshot, record, or share any Confidential Information outside the Mentorship Circle Not discuss another Member’s information with anyone outside the group Not use any shared information for personal, professional, or commercial gain This applies to conversations, messages, social media, talks, or informal discussions. 3. No Judgement. No Gossip. The Mentorship Circle is a judgement-free zone. Members commit to respect differing journeys, perspectives, and stages of growth, and to refrain from gossip or commentary outside the circle. 4. Duration This confidentiality obligation continues during and after participation in the Mentorship Circle. 5. Breach Any breach may result in immediate removal from the Mentorship Circle and/or IWN, without refund, and further action if required. Acknowledgement By joining the IWN Mentorship Circle, the Member confirms understanding and acceptance of this Agreement and commits to upholding confidentiality, respect, and trust. By submitting this form, the member acknowledge that the online submission will be treated as your approval for all practical purposes.
