For 14 days, you’ll complete simple daily workouts with clear checkpoints that gradually build your routine, your discipline, and your confidence. No complicated plans - show up, do the work, prove it, repeat.

How it works:

  • Every day has a clear fitness checkpoint (quick, doable, progressive)
  • You complete it and submit proof
  • Miss proof = you’re out

Important rule:
If you don’t submit proof, you lose the challenge - even if you worked out.

Because in Project Volis, results only count when commitment is proven.
