Some face health challenges such as long COVID, or are navigating major life transitions that leave them questioning their purpose and contribution.

**My Perspective**
Having personally lost four productive years to long COVID, I understand the powerlessness and invisibility many of my clients feel. That’s why I approach every coaching relationship with compassion and a focus on measurable, meaningful progress.
