This section is your guide to the products / Servives that I personally use, love, and recommend. These items have supported me on my personal Pregnancy and soon post partum period and I’m so happy to share them with you.

Why I use it: Hydration is essential for pregnancy, and we all know the microplastics and their effects on hormones and development. So if you haven't yet now is the time to switch to a healthy water bottle.
