About the Method
NeuroGraphica is a method for supporting projects—personal and team, creative and professional. The term “Neuro” refers to attention, cognitive functions, and neural connections, while “Graphica” refers to the visual language that helps to see a task clearly, clarify meaning, and find solutions.

Author of the NeuroGraphica Method is Pavel Mikhailovich Piskarev,
Ph.D., Doctor of Psychological Sciences, and Professor.
Pavel Piskarev is the author of several methods and concepts, including:
NeuroGraphica The Pyramid of Thinking.
NG is an author’s psychological method and is taught exclusively by certified instructors who have completed official training at the Institute of Creative Psychology.The method was created by Pavel Mikhailovich Piskarev  in 2014.
NeuroGraphica is structured as a comprehensive system of knowledge and practice, documented in the author’s artistic works, publications, and educational programs,

Module 1.0 Welcome greetings

Draw a circle. Divide this circle into four sections.

In each section, draw three petals and write the meanings (see the list below) — and feel free (and encouraged!) to add your own interpretations or values.

In classical sacred geometry, the heart chakra has 12 petals. This is no accident:
12 is the number of wholeness (months in a year, hours, life cycles).
It represents balance between the spiritual and the material.
The symbol of mature love is not an emotion — but a state of being.

What might each petal unlock?

2. Self-acceptance: letting go of self-criticism, guilt, or feeling of obligation
3. Gratitude: every experience is seen as learning, strength, clarity, or understanding

MODULE 1.1. 12 qualities of  Heart Chakra

Take a notes and answer these questions before you start your drawing process.
1. What energies do I want to invite into my heart?
(For example: self-love, joy, gratitude, harmony, trust)
2. What opportunities do I want to attract through my heart?
(For example: a new job, valuable connections, meaningful relationships)

3. What qualities and talents do I want to unlock?
(For example: creativity, confidence, courage, charisma, wisdom, and the ability to receive and give love)

4. What results or “fruits” do I wish to see on my NeuroTree?
(For example: success, joy, financial growth, inspiration, new opportunities, or supportive relationships)

5. What actions can help my heart unleash the flow of new opportunities?
(For example: asking for help, accepting gifts, trusting my intuition, connecting with like-minded people, or sharing my values)

6. Which branches of my tree do I want to grow?
(For example: creative projects, professional development, spiritual practice, or launching personal initiatives)

7. What resources am I ready to attract and activate through my heart?
(For example: finances, knowledge, helpful contacts, support, time, energy, clarity, or inner confidence)

8. How does my heart open doors to love, support, and synchronicities?
(For example: meeting the right people, receiving unexpected gifts, feeling inspired, or attracting new possibilities)

9. Which emotions do I want to amplify today to draw in abundance?
(For example: joy, gratitude, trust, acceptance, confidence, calm, well-being)

10. What is one small step I am ready to take today, from this state of openness and clarity?

MODULE .1.2 TEN  Questions to Open Your Heart Chakra .

Find a comfortable position.
Take a gentle breath in and out.
Feel your body relax, and bring your inner attention to your heart chakra.
Imagine a beautiful emerald-green light softly igniting in the center of your chest.
With every breath, it glows brighter and warmer, expanding outward to fill your chest, your body, and the space around you.
Affirm to yourself:
“I am open to love, goodness, and prosperity. I am worthy of all blessings. I am love. I am abundant prosperity.”

Imagine this green light dissolving any sadness, heaviness, or anxiety.
With each out-breath, let go of what no longer serves you.
With every in-breath, your heart fills with light, joy, gratitude, and harmony.

Thank your heart for its wisdom, strength, and courage.
Say to yourself (or aloud):
“My heart is open. I accept love and abundance. I give love. I give joy. I radiate light.
I am worthy of happiness and prosperity. I am ready to blossom and thrive, like a springtime garden.”

Take a few more deep breaths.
Feel your heart growing warmer and freer.
Gently return to the here and now, open your eyes, and give yourself a smile.
Your heart is the gateway to the flow of abundance.
Let this meditation take root in your day, and may fullness and love go with you! Look at your drawing shee and begin your drawing process.         A little above the center (like the position of the heart in our bodies), draw a medium-sized circle by hand. Divide this circle into four sections.

MODULE 2. 1   Meditation and composition of Heart chakra

1. ROOTS: MY RESOURCES & SUPPORT
(What you already have, and what you want to nurture.)

The roots represent the foundation of your resources—your real and inner strengths that nourish your tree.
From the center of your Heart (Anahata), draw lines down—these will be your roots.

Label each root with a specific resource: something you already have, or something you want to grow more of.

Finances: salary, savings, streams of income, assets
People: mentors, friends, family, your team
Skills: profession, knowledge, languages, experience
Inner resources: creativity, energy, optimism, health
Material: time, space, tools
The more specific you label your roots, the more powerfully you connect these resources to your heart chakra.

Reflection Questions:
What resources am I using right now?
What resources do I need to activate?
What holds me back from trusting myself and my support system?

2. CROWN: THE PROCESS OF MANIFESTATION
This is where your resources start to show up in your life.
Each branch is a direction for action.
(From the center of your Heart circle pull several Neurolines, draw 5-8 main branches .)

The main branches are key areas of life—think about what parts you’d like to strengthen, where you want to grow and receive more.

Label each main branch, for example:

Creativity (start a project, perform…)
Relationships (make new connections, improve bonds…)
Finances (grow sales, invest, multiply savings…)
Projects (specific ideas or plans)
Personal growth (training, speaking, education, taking classes…)
Health (exercise, better sleep, nutrition…)
New contacts (schedule calls, meet new people…)
Be specific:
For each main branch, add 2–4 thin, smaller twigs—these are your concrete action steps.

Examples:
Speak on stage
Take an online public speaking course
Record and share a video
Find a coach
Build passive income
Learn about investments
Test an online product
Start a monetized blog

Connect your branches and round off the intersections:
This symbolizes how different areas of life can support and amplify each other. For example, new connections can help power your projects.

3. TRUNK: BALANCE OF YIN AND YANG — The Channel of Transformation

Masculine energy (action, Yang) and feminine energy (acceptance, Yin) are intertwined, creating harmony.
In the center of your circle, draw two lines from the bottom  upward — one thicker (Yang), one thinner (Yin).
Let the lines spiral together gently (like a DNA helix), but don’t overly twist — keep it soft. Round off each place the lines cross. Let these lines connect the roots and crown. Create the trunk shape within the circle.

Self-reflection questions:

Where do I express more Yin? Where more Yang?
How can I find the balance between action and acceptance?
This is the Yin-Yang balance — the harmony of giving and receiving.
You share your knowledge (love, warmth, care).
You receive projects (recognition, love, invitations, opportunities to realize your potential).

Do the roundings and connections. Let energy flow smooth and free

Roots, Crown and Trunk

Module 22.  Unlocking Inner Potential.

OPPORTUNITIES, NEW POSSIBILITIES, DESIRED OUTCOMES

“My NeuroTree is blooming, radiating energy, and every day brings new opportunities. My heart is open to goodness. I welcome new results and possibilities for the benefit of myself and the Universe.”  
Now, bring your NeuroTree to life:
Draw flowers, leaves, and add a “living” feeling to your tree.
The flowers represent OPPORTUNITIES—each one opening up thanks to your resources and actions. These are offers, meetings, ideas, and chances that may seem to appear “by themselves,” but are really the fruit of your growth.

Let your opportunities show up as small circles , little flowers—label them!
Pick the opportunities that resonate most with you, and write some on your tree.
Examples of possibilities that can open up on your path of personal transformation:

Financial: partnership offers, profitable contracts, new income stream, promotion, grants, debt repayment, or unexpected money
Career: job promotion, invitation to speak, published work, awards, moving to a dream company
Social: new influential contacts, partners, recommendations, new friends, romantic connections
Creative: creative breakthroughs, inspiration, collaboration, major commissions, launching a book or course
Learning and growth: new training invitations, scholarships, mentors, insights, access to exclusive knowledge
Personal growth: inner revelations, synchronicities, forgiveness, quantum shifts, confidence, strength
Health: meeting the right expert, discovering a healing method, energy boosts, recovering from chronic issues. The fruits are the real-life expression of your inner resources and opportunities.
As you draw your NeuroTree, add small circles to represent the “fruits” — each one is an opportunity, achievement, or gift that has blossomed as a direct result of your growth.

Examples of ''fruits'' you can include:
New valuable connections
Inspiration for new projects
Financial opportunities
New skills
Love and support
Healing of chronic conditions
Freedom and travel: invitations, relocation, remote work, release from old limitations
Unexpected gifts of fate: chance encounters, meaningful moments, support when you need it
Reflection Questions:

What fruits am I already harvesting?
What do I want to manifest from my heart?
How can I take care of my fruits?
What resources am I ready to attract and activate through my heart? (For example: finances, knowledge, contacts, support, time, energy, clarity, confidence)
Affirmation:  “I attract resources that strengthen my power, expand my opportunities, and inspire me.”

Highlight or color in the circles or blossoms that feel especially important—visualize what your blossoming has already produced.
Ask yourself: What tangible new opportunities have appeared? What are they? Write them, honor them, and give your transformation a visual voice. There is always an interplay between your inner state and the external world of possibilities. Your goal is to create synchronization between the two.

Reflect: With whom or with what would you like to connect?
It could be a particular situation, event, meeting, or people.
Who are they? What are they?
How could they help or support you? Think of specifics.

As you contemplate and visualize this, draw lines extending from your heart chakra (the central circle) outward into the field—beyond the boundaries of your heart. Through love and warmth, you are connecting with others, and others are also reaching out to connect with you.
As you do this, notice how clarity and understanding start to emerge.
Always round off every intersection.
The outer world responds to your inner intentions.

Archetyping 
Visualize:
Colors always carry meaning. In this process, 80% of the colors you use should be green, as the heart chakra is symbolized by green.
Of course, you can also bring in touches of yellow and pink if you feel called, but let green (in various shades) be dominant. There is always an interplay between your inner state and the external world of possibilities. Your goal is to create synchronization between the two. Tune in to yourself:
What does a particular green shade mean to you?
What feelings, thoughts, or emotions does it evoke?
Let your intuition guide your choices. Trust that your visualization is shaping both inner harmony and attracting new opportunities.

Integration

Modul 2.3  Blooming Tree. Resources, Integration Archetyping

Be thorough with all your roundings and connections. Each time you create a rounding, you move through inner resistance—fears, limiting beliefs, and old patterns—reprogramming yourself with new, healthier ways of thinking.

Often, insights and inspiration appear; you might want to add new circles or branches, or roots —feel free to do so!
However, since there is a separate module dedicated to these additions, for now, focus fully and actively on perfecting your roundings.

Remember: every well-done rounding is a step toward integrating new possibilities and releasing the old. Enjoy the process and see how your inner and outer world transform with each curve you smooth out. Observe your thoughts. Stay connected to your feelings and emothions, your body reflections.

Roundings and creating a wholness

Power Lines give us a clear path of information and connection—to the right people, resources, and opportunities.
They are the pathways through which you access what you truly need.

How to work with Power Lines in your NeuroTree:

Highlight your heart chakra and the outline of your NeuroTree within your drawing.
Power Lines should be slightly thicker and smoother than regular lines.
You can add two, three, or more Power Lines—but don’t overdo it. Too many lines can mean too much information and overwhelm. Balance is key.
Be sure to round each Power Line's interactions and connect with other neuro-lines in your drawing.
Remember: these lines represent your intention to connect with the right people, knowledge, and resources.
May the Force be with you!

Main Shape. 
This is the key shape within your entire composition—the place where your true intention or topic is “locked in.” Here, solutions and answers are formed.

Usually, more than one Shape appears in your NeuroTree:

You might highlight a few fruits in your crown (results/opportunities).
Emphasize core resources in your roots.
Most importantly, highlight the Heart CHAKRA itself—since it’s through love and acceptance that we connect with the world.
Round and blend all your intersections and connections—always.
Integration is essential for harmony and flow.

Closing the Practice: Review and Refine Your Composition

Look over your entire NeuroTree drawing.
Notice if there are places where neuro-lines are missing—add them where needed.
Perhaps you’d like to add more resources in the roots or trunk, or more fruits (opportunities and results) in the crown—now is the time to do it.
Be sure to round all intersections to harmonize and integrate your work.
Play with colors—use your colored pencils to bring your tree to life and deepen your emotional connection.
Make sure there are no isolated cells or closed-off shapes. Everything should feel connected and flowing.
Most importantly, bring your drawing to a place of aesthetic pleasure. Step back and admire your work—it should delight you and feel complete.
This is your opportunity to make your NeuroTree not just meaningful, but truly beautiful and energetically satisfying.

Module 2.5 Stylization and 20 and above exercises

MEDITATION
“Activation of the Heart Portal of Abundance”
8–12 minutes. Format: energy + sensation + affirmation.
Practice this right after completing your drawing.

1. Entering the Field.
Place your drawing in front of you. Sit up straight. Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in—and a long, warm exhale.
Imagine a gentle field of light forming all around you.
You are sitting within your own space of personal power.

Say to yourself:
“I activate the field of possibilities through my heart.”

2. Opening the Portal in the Center of your Chest.
Bring your attention to your chest.
Imagine an emerald-green light spinning gently as a soft spiral.
It expands wider and wider.
This isn’t just a chakra—it’s a portal.

Say:
“My heart is a magnet for opportunities. My heart opens new pathways.”
Feel a gentle expansion in your chest.

3. Connecting to Your NeuroTree.
Picture your drawn tree coming alive—
The roots glow, the trunk pulses, the branches move gently.
Now, see yourself not just looking at the tree, but standing within it.

Say:
“I am at the center of my growth. I am the source of my abundance.”

4. Activating the Roots—Receiving Support.
Picture the roots reaching deep into the earth—
but now, they also connect to the resources of the world: people, contacts, projects, money, ideas.

Say:
“I receive the support of the world.
The world supports my ideas.”

Feel a sense of stability and security.

5. Activating the Trunk—Energy Flow.
Focus on your spine.
On each inhale, energy rises from the earth through your body to your heart.
On each exhale, it expands outward into your space.

Say:
“I am in the flow. I move with ease.
My energy is pure and focused.”

Feel your inner power.

6. Unfolding the Branches—Expansion of Opportunities.
Imagine the branches of your tree starting to grow outward, reaching toward people, possibilities, and synchronicities.
Each branch is a new contact, idea, offer, or support.

Say:
“The right people come to me easily.
Opportunities open naturally.
I see and accept them.”

Feel a sense of lightness and expansion.

7. Ripening of the Fruits — It’s Happening Now

Now, look at your fruits.
They are ripe.
Bright.
Full.
This isn’t just the future—
It’s already in motion.

Affirm:
“My results are ripening.
I am worthy of success.
I accept abundance calmly and confidently.”

Feel gratitude in advance—before the results even arrive.

8. Sealing Your Intention

Place one hand over your heart.
Take a deep breath in, and a gentle exhale.
Say to yourself:

“My heart is open.
My tree is growing.
I allow my potential to manifest.”

Give yourself a small smile.
It’s important not to force euphoria, but to settle into a peaceful confidence.

After the Meditation i recommend you to reflect through 20 and above words in 2 min exercise

What changed in your breathing?
Do you feel a sense of expansion?
