This free 7-day challenge is for single women aged 45–55 who are tired of dating that starts strong… then turns into mixed signals, fading effort, and confusion.
If you keep meeting men who are hot-and-cold, emotionally unavailable, or vague about what they want, this challenge will help you break the pattern without becoming cynical or shutting down.
Over 7 days, you’ll learn a simple screening + boundary system so you can stop guessing, stop chasing, and confidently decide: cut or continue—before you waste weeks (or months) in limbo. Each day is designed to be time-poor friendly(around 10–15 minutes), with practical tools you can use immediately.

2) Build Your Relationship Standards (30 mins)
Create your personal non-negotiables + dealbreakers so you stop tolerating crumbs and calling it “being chill.”
3) How to Complete the Challenge Without Overwhelm (30 mins)
Your simple 7-day roadmap, how to use the tools, where to check in daily, and how to stay consistent even if you’re busy.
How the 7 days run after the kickoff (Days 2–7)
After the live kickoff, the challenge continues inside the community with short daily posts that take 10–15 minutes per day. Each day includes:
