A gentle 5-day challenge giving you the tools to start honoring your own wants and needs —without feeling like the “bad guy.”

This challenge was designed by certified hypnotherapists who’ve seen these relationship patterns firsthand and are dedicated to helping others reprogram their lives in a safe, compassionate way.


Many of us women were taught to prioritize peaceful interactions, keeping social harmony, and approval of others over our own needs.


Over time, this can show up as people-pleasing, over-giving, and a constant feeling of emotional depletion.


This challenge is here to change that.


Over five days, you’ll learn how boundaries actually work in the body and nervous system, how guilt gets attached to self-respect, and how to begin rebuilding trust with yourself in a way that feels safe, natural, and sustainable.


This isn’t about becoming confrontational. It’s about learning how to honor yourself with calmness and clarity.


Inside the challenge, you’ll be guided through:

✨ Awareness without judgment
✨ Listening to your body’s signals
✨ Releasing emotional blocks through self-hypnosis
✨ Practicing gentle boundaries in the real world
✨ Integrating self-respect into your daily life


Each day includes a short guided video, reflection prompts, and simple practices designed to help you reconnect with your intuition and inner safety.


You’ll also receive a 15-minute self-hypnosis audio created by certified hypnotherapists to help you safely access the subconscious root of your boundary patterns.


By Day 5, many participants feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in honoring their own needs — without the familiar guilt spiral.
