Hi, I’m Kristin! I’m a 37-year-old working mom from Atlanta, GA. I had three kids under four while living far away from home, with my first born in the middle of the pandemic. It was overwhelming, so much information, but hard to know who to trust. I often felt judged in online forums and left more confused than when I started.

Each pregnancy, I learned, built confidence, and created systems that worked. I decided to create this community to share the resources I wish someone had handed me the first time—a calm, practical way to prepare for motherhood without all the stress.

My hope is that it helps you feel supported, less alone, and ready for the joyful journey of motherhood!
