For many years, I have observed how common it is to carry and cling to hurt and trauma. Many of us self-identify with pain so deeply that we’re unable to imagine our lives without it. This is false consciousness. But how can we self-heal? How do we let go of our attachments to past trauma and avoid the physical manifestations they sometimes become?
